Engineering and project management

Whatever its size, an engineering project must meet a specific need within the framework of a defined schedule and the limits of a set budget. gestion-de-projet_v2   IPSB supports you throughout the development of your project, from master plan to commissioning of your installations, and employs a structured and forward-looking engineering approach with the following main phases:
  • Feasibility Studies and Master Plan
  • Conceptual Studies
  • Preliminary Design Studies
  • Basic Design Studies
  • Detailed Design Studies
Aware that certain projects are subject to greater or lesser budgetary and scheduling constraints, we are able to propose “à la carte” services adapted to your needs and corresponding to the size and requirements of your project.

For each project, and depending on the industrial context of your process, a project manager is assigned on the basis process expertise and managerial experience. To build the team and depending on project needs, he/she will call upon the different departments available:
  • Process department, composed of specialized and multidisciplinary engineers
  • Building budgets department
  • Environmental and industrial risk studies department
  • Design department composed of experienced draftsmen working in 2D and 3D
Thanks to these different in-house competencies, an independent project team is able to carry out -efficiently, consistently and rigorously- those missions entrusted to it for all study phases and for all project components. The project manager provides technical expertise and is the client’s dedicated contact and guarantor of the quality of any studies. Coordinating the different players, the Project Manager ensures that deadlines are met and that the project budget is respected.
