PROJECTS DIRECTOR F/H – CDI

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Management, you are responsible for the execution of the project contracts entrusted to you. You take charge of major projects based on their size (EPCM/Services >€0.5M), risk level (international projects, design-build), or criticality (strategic, commercial, or technological importance).

• establish the project’s general organization and assemble the team
• validate PFDs, P&IDs, process and utility balances, layouts, and sizing calculations
• manage client relations
• lead the project team
• anticipate and manage risks
• prepare progress reports
• draft proposals
• analyze client needs
• carry out consulting, expert assessment, and/or project owner support assignments
• contribute to business development and/or the company’s expansion into new geographic areas

YOUR PROFILE

Ideally holding an engineering degree in process engineering, you possess significant project management experience in one of our sectors (agri-industry, food processing, or bio-industry). You are known for your autonomy and your ability to take the initiative. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You will join a dynamic company and have the opportunity to further develop your skills by participating in international projects.
