You take charge of major projects based on their size (EPCM\/Services &gt;\u20ac0.5M), risk level (international projects, design-build), or criticality (strategic, commercial, or technological importance). <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>establish the project&#8217;s general organization and assemble the team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>validate PFDs, P&amp;IDs, process and utility balances, layouts, and sizing calculations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manage client relations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lead the project team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>anticipate and manage risks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prepare progress reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>draft proposals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyze client needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carry out consulting, expert assessment, and\/or project owner support assignments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contribute to business development and\/or the company&#8217;s expansion into new geographic areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOUR PROFILE<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideally holding an engineering degree in process engineering, you possess significant project management experience in one of our sectors (agri-industry, food processing, or bio-industry). You are known for your autonomy and your ability to take the initiative. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
