{"id":502,"date":"2026-02-26T16:31:57","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T15:31:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ipsb.fr\/process-expertise\/"},"modified":"2026-10-09T12:09:26","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T10:09:26","slug":"process-expertise","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ipsb.fr\/en\/our-experise\/process-expertise\/","title":{"rendered":"Process expertise"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our process audit activities focus on the following issues:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obtaining <strong>energy efficiency<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positioning <strong>technologies<\/strong> in relation to BAT (Best Available Technologies)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyzing <strong>process risks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extrapolating<\/strong> processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reducing<\/strong> <strong>environmental impact<\/strong> (optimization of water consumption, management and treatment of waste, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our experts are either former plant operators with 10 -15 years\u2019 experience in our client activity sectors, or engineers with a background in research and development.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the area of energy efficiency, we carry out approximately fifteen missions per year in the sugar and related sectors (e.g., pulp dehydration).<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our knowledge of unitary operation extrapolation rules and our <strong>technology transfer <\/strong>know-how permits us to <strong>contribute to innovative projects<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/ipsb.fr\/type-reference\/bio-industrie\/\">FUTUROL Project<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ipsb.fr\/type-reference\/etudes-administratives-et-risques-industriels\/\">PIVERT Project<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ipsb.fr\/type-reference\/bio-industrie\/\">BIODEMO Project<\/a>, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our <strong>Industrial Risks<\/strong> Department has developed its expertise working on Seveso sites alongside recognized experts (e.g., INERIS) and relies on in-house competence to recommend<strong> viable safety solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our process audit activities focus on the following issues: Our experts are either former plant operators with 10 -15 years\u2019 experience in our client activity sectors, or engineers with a background in research and development.
